Permanently delete your GBCORP Education account

Method 1 — Inside the app (recommended)

If you can sign in, deleting your account from the app gives you the fastest, fully-automated experience.

  1. Open the GBCORP Education app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Account Settings.
  3. Scroll to Privacy and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion in 30 days.
  5. Need to change your mind? Sign back in within 30 days and tap Cancel on the red banner at the top of Account Settings.

Method 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address on your account:

Email support@gbcorp.education

We confirm receipt within 2 business days. Once your identity is verified we schedule deletion and notify you by email. Maximum response time: 30 days (per GDPR Art. 12).

Children's accounts

If the account is for a user below the age of digital consent (e.g. under 13 in the US, under 16 in most EU countries), the parent or guardian may submit the deletion request via the same email channel. We will verify the parental relationship before processing.
